I was afraid this was going to happen. I went to Twin Falls for a mini-vaca on the weekend and ended up eating out almost every meal. Friday night I had Mongolian BBQ and tried to only eat meat and veggies. Saturday I had Daylight Donuts for breakfast, McDonald's for lunch (a salad!) and Johnny Carinos where I ended up getting a meal that was just under 2000 (I only ate half of it, and I will never touch it again!) I even exercised that day and still ended up way over my mark. On Sunday I had pizza for lunch, and even though I didn't go over my calorie goal, I know I was eating too much fat. And Wednesday night I overindulged on some chocolate mousse cake from Costco. I am disappointed in myself because I was really looking forward to hitting that -10 lb mark. This next week, I am going to do my best to be at 210!
