Friday:  1,929 / Burned 665 - on my feet all day, moving stuff up and down stairs

Saturday: 1,790 / Burned 464- 60 minutes Just Dance

Monday: 1,930 / Burned 510 - P90X Core Synergistics

Tuesday: 1,475 / Burned 543 - Cardio X

Wednesday: 1,846 / Burned 503 - Shoulders, Chest and Tris

Thursday: 1,743 / Burned 0

Average cals: 1,716

Total Weight: 210 lbs

I feel like I've hit that rumored brick wall that everyone talks about when it comes to exercising. I know I could do better with my calorie intake, but I have been doing what I can in my workouts and I haven't lost anything in the past 2 weeks. It makes me want to quit...I mean, what's the point of doing all this work for nothing?...but I know I can't stop now. It feels great to know I've lost 10 pounds already, and I want to experience the feeling of losing 10 more.

  1. I know how you feel kiddo! I am in the same boat. I have lost some and now I seem to be stuck. Hang in there. Even if the scales don't seem to move, you are still building a healthy heart.
