I feel like I've hit that rumored brick wall that everyone talks about when it comes to exercising. I know I could do better with my calorie intake, but I have been doing what I can in my workouts and I haven't lost anything in the past 2 weeks. It makes me want to quit...I mean, what's the point of doing all this work for nothing?...but I know I can't stop now. It feels great to know I've lost 10 pounds already, and I want to experience the feeling of losing 10 more.
I know how you feel kiddo! I am in the same boat. I have lost some and now I seem to be stuck. Hang in there. Even if the scales don't seem to move, you are still building a healthy heart.
