My last post included my "cool down" week on P90X which included no weight lifting and only cardio exercises. I just happened to get a cold and only ended up working out a few times that week. Well, now I've gotten lazy and I haven't been exercising like I should. I need to get my body back on track with working out every day and quit staying in bed when my alarm goes off. I did it for a whole month, why am I getting sluggish now! I am going to get out of my rut...
