Quitting after 15 weeks of healthy eating and exercising has been weighing on my mind for the last 4 months. I've decided to start back up again and get my butt in gear. This time I am starting small, doing at least 30 minute exercises every day and keeping myself to about 1600 calories. My weight when I started this round was 209 lbs, so I have gained 3 back from the 14 I lost before.
Wednesday (1-16)
1,815 calories : 354 calories burned / Just Dance 50 mins= 1461 total
Thursday (1-17)
1,691 calories : 204 calories burned / Power 90 Sculpt 1-2 = 1487 total
Friday (1-18)
2,093 calories : 213 calories burned / Just Dance 30 mins = 1880 total
Saturday (1-19)
2,425 calories : 797 calories burned / Power 90 Sweat 1-2, Ab Ripper 100 and Just Dance 50 mins = 1628 total
Sunday (1-20)
1,307 calories : 0 calories burned = 1307 total
Monday (1-21)
1,822 calories : 1127 calories burned / Power 90 Sculpt 1-2, Just Dance 30 mins, light cleaning 2 hours, slow walking one hour = 695 total
Tuesday (1-22)
2,070 calories : 442 calories burned / Power 90 Sweat 1-2 and Ab Ripper 100 = 1628 total
Wednesday (1-23)
1,492 calories : 349 calories burned / Power 90 Sculpt 1-2 and light cleaning 30 mins = 1143 total
Thursday (1-24)
1,996 calories : 387 calories burned / Power 90 Sweat 1-2 and Ab Ripper 100 = 1609 total
Friday (1-25)

Current Weight: 211.8 lbs
I am thinking that the weight gain is from building up muscle again, but regardless of numbers, I know I am getting healthier and stronger.
My goal for this next week is to not eat over my calorie goal so that I have to exercise to get back down to my goal.
