I am feeling really good and I can tell that my muscles are getting tighter, especially around my middle because I do the Ab Ripper 100 every day. At least 3 days this week I was under 1,600 calories and I feel good about that. I am excited to keep seeing results.
You are doing awesome! Just a suggestion, trainers have told me you should only do ab workouts every other day. If you do them everyday you don't give your muscles enough time to heal in between workouts.
